Final Wooden House

Sou Fujimoto Architects are responsible for this concept house, built in 2008.  A building that changes depending on how you view it, the architect envisioned “creation of new spatiality that preserves primitive conditions of a harmonious entity before various functions and roles differentiated”.   Basically constructed of randomly stacked rectangular blocks of lumber, the building succeeds in creating a beautiful and organic structure, that at once interacts and is seperate from it’s environment.  I found this building extremely inspirational and unique… go to to learn more :) (PSE on the site)
